Swan Necks

The brief of this project was to identify an environmental problem with your current living situations and design a solution that would solve it for the entire building as well. My balcony receives light until midday and then is in a dark shadow, so I took inspiration from this project by Jean Nouvel that redirects light into a darker space and did my own iteration of a similar large scale reflector.
